The team
Professional and academic experience
Our team brings together professionals with extensive work and academic experience, in Spain and internationally, in end-to-end organizational management and university teaching.
Specifically, it includes PhDs specializing in psychosociology, business management, HR and occupational health and safety, as well as lawyers, psychologists, engineers, sociologists and labor relations graduates.
Founding partner and director of Singular Beacon
Carlos Pascual Adell
A mining engineer specializing in energy from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, he is founding partner and director of Singular Beacon, S.L., and co-founder of the Observatorio de Bienestar initiative.
He worked as a project engineer in London and later in Madrid as a strategy and digitalization consultant (Business Intelligence, Machine Learning and artificial intelligence). He has experience in the industrial, retail and human resources sectors, and has published in the fields of educational research and nuclear policy.
He is a member of the Sociedad Española de Excelencia Académica (Spanish Society for Academic Excellence), a registered member of COIMCE (the mining engineers' professional association for central Spain), a certified Microsoft and Odoo partner, a contributor and jury member for Las Top 100 Mujeres Líderes (Spain's Top 100 Women Leaders) and the driving force behind the charity platform Nuestras Causas.
PhD in Economics and Business
Murilo Branco
Dr. Murilo Branco has international experience across a range of industries. He is a consultant with more than 15 years of experience in international trade, logistics and supply chain management.
He holds a PhD in Economics and Business and has extensive experience in education, with senior positions at the University of Gibraltar and the Marbella International University Centre. His career also spans sales management and marketing, including managing digital marketing strategies and international logistics operations.
He works in Portuguese, English, Spanish and Italian, and has published on market intelligence and supply chain management. He brings Observatorio de Bienestar a global outlook and a deep understanding of international market dynamics.
Data science, biomedical engineering and psychology
Rodrigo González
Rodrigo has a solid background in data science, biomedical engineering and psychology, complemented by specializations in big data and data analysis.
His hybrid profile builds on earlier work in web development and data analysis, and he has a proven record of implementing advanced technology solutions, including building and managing ERP and CRM systems and digitalization projects.
His experience integrating complex systems and applying data analysis in multidisciplinary settings lets him bring innovative solutions to the field of organizational well-being.
