Psychosocial questionnaire

A psychosocial questionnaire built for your organization

We develop and validate a psychosocial questionnaire adapted to measure workplace well-being and organizational health in each organization's own reality, fully backed by reliability testing and statistical, and therefore scientific, validation.

View the questionnaire How we build it

  • Adapted to each organization's reality
  • Psychometrically assured validity and reliability
  • Validation report with scientific endorsement

What it is

A psychosocial model made to measure

We design the methodology and the study dimensions best suited to each organization and bring them together in an adapted psychosocial questionnaire that captures every specific dimension and variable to be assessed.

The work has two phases: first we develop the model with you, then we validate it psychometrically.

  • Adapted: it measures workplace well-being and organizational health in your own setting.
  • Online: employees answer online, on a dedicated server.
  • Validated: content and construct validity, plus internal and external reliability.

Phase 1 · Development

Developing the psychosocial model

Four steps to reach an initial questionnaire model agreed with you.

01

Desk research

Our experts analyze your organization before the project starts, so it launches with the greatest methodological precision. That analysis determines the most suitable working methodology and the project timeline.

02

Model design

We design an initial adapted psychosocial questionnaire covering every specific dimension and variable to be assessed.

03

First face-validity check

We present the initial questionnaire model and check its face validity jointly, between our experts and whoever your organization sees fit to involve: specialists in occupational health and safety (PRL in Spain), HR, social partners and so on.

04

Phase-one closing meeting

We agree on the initial model of the adapted psychosocial questionnaire, which then moves on to psychometric validation.

Phase 2 · Validation

Validating the psychosocial model

We work with the Colegio Profesional de Ciencia Política, Sociología, Relaciones Internacionales y/o Administración Pública (a Spanish professional association for political science, sociology, international relations and public administration), through a specialist technical team of PhDs and university lecturers with expertise in sociology, social psychology, applied social research, human resources and occupational health and safety, and with strong technical and applied research skills.

01

Pre-test

We prepare a pre-test of the initial questionnaire to check that it is understood.

02

Questionnaire set-up

We set up the initial questionnaire on a dedicated server to collect employees' responses online.

03

Running the initial questionnaire

We run the initial questionnaire alongside national and international reference scales. As a starting point we propose the Warr, Cook and Wall satisfaction scale and the Langner-Amiel total health test (test de salud total).

04

Re-test

We run a re-test of the initial questionnaire and of the national and international reference scales.

05

Data analysis

We analyze the data with multivariate techniques to check the questionnaire's stability, that is, its reproducibility. This psychometrically assures content and construct validity, as well as internal and external reliability.

What you get

A validated questionnaire and responses ready for analysis

Final questionnaire

We present the final questionnaire, with its study dimensions validated.

Validation report

We produce the validation report, with the corresponding scientific endorsement.

Responses

We collect the questionnaire responses hosted on the server so they can be studied and loaded into Microsoft Power BI.
