Our symbol

A model that takes after its symbol

Change, flexibility, adaptability and personal evolution: that is what the chameleon stands for, and what we look for in the way we assess and improve well-being in organizations.

Six of the chameleon's traits explain what Observatorio de Bienestar, our workplace well-being observatory, is like.

Six traits

What the chameleon says about our model

Four legs

The chameleon gets around on four pincer-shaped legs.
Our model stands on four legs (methodology, technology, value and commitment) that together provide a multivariate psychosocial management model, scientifically adapted to each organization, and the option of a made-to-measure strategic plan afterwards.

Adaptation

Beyond survival, the chameleon adapts to its surroundings by changing color, and that change also expresses its temperature, health and mood.
Our model adapts to every kind of organization, with a methodology our experts design exclusively around each client's needs and specifics. And it provides color-coded indicators and dashboards that, configured to each organization's needs, report on the organization's temperature and health, so decisions rest on objective criteria and good governance.

A 360º view

The chameleon has unique eyes that it can move independently, giving it almost 360º vision.
Our model gives a complete view of how working conditions affect people and the organization. We get to that near-360º view through comparisons and correlations between the model's indicators and health and safety, HR and business indicators.

Anticipation

Because it moves its eyes independently, the chameleon is very precise at focusing and judging distances, which gives it the edge when it comes to anticipating.
Compared with traditional models, ours is precise both in its methodological approach and in how it presents results and correlations, and it meets the requirements for reliability and statistical validation at all times. To do so, we run the relevant multivariate tests and correlations, with reference to national and international standards, to guarantee the quality of a scientific process.

A fast tongue

The chameleon's tongue is extremely quick: in car terms, it can go from 0 to 96 km/h in a hundredth of a second, and it is the second most powerful among all classes of vertebrates.
Our model is a powerful tool that provides objective data to speed up and drive improvements in an organization in the best possible way. Numerous studies show that sound psychosocial diagnosis and management have a positive effect on people's health and well-being, on their sense of commitment and belonging, on performance, motivation and productivity, on corporate reputation and the organization's public image, and on attracting and retaining talent. They also help prevent stress, burnout, high turnover, attrition and absenteeism, as well as situations of violence at work.

Evolution

Like other reptiles, the chameleon evolves, and it grows by periodically shedding its skin.
Our model is constantly evolving and developing, and seeks to align with each organization's good-practice policies (prevention and health, quality of working life, commitment, profitability, motivation, adaptive leadership, engagement and so on) and with national and international legislation, regulations and standards, to help comply with, among others, Spain's Occupational Risk Prevention Act (the ley de PRL), some of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Spain's national occupational safety and health strategy (Estrategia Española de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo) and the European ESRS standards proposed under the CSRD on social and governance matters.
